Methodology
The Challenge
The fitness industry is saturated with 'cookie-cutter' routines that fail to account for individual recovery and scientific training principles. I aimed to provide free excel files with formulas which help users adapt to their MAV, lowering the barrier to high-performance training.
My Approach
Built a modern full-stack web application with a focus on high-velocity delivery and scientific accuracy. Engineered a CI/CD pipeline for rapid asset deployment and developed a custom algorithmic approach to training volume based on exercise science research.

Built a deployment pipeline using AWS Amplify and CodePipeline to test code on a development branch before deploying to production.
Adaptive Programming Logic
Developed proprietary training sheets that dynamically adjust volume based on athlete recovery. Integrated MEV (Minimum Effective Volume) and MRV (Maximum Recoverable Volume) principles to find each user's MAV (Maximum Adaptive Volume).
Digital Product Infrastructure
Integrated Stripe for secure processing of $5,000+ in digital product sales, ensuring a seamless checkout experience for global users while maintaining minimal overhead via serverless infrastructure.
Technical Stack Optimization
