Building a high-velocity shipping loop with AI assistance
Shipping fast doesn't mean shipping poorly. It means shortening the distance between "I have a hypothesis" and "The user is interacting with it."
### Agentic Assist I use AI agents—not just for writing code, but for: - **Discovery synthesis**: Dumping 10 interview transcripts and asking for a pattern analysis. - **QA Automation**: Writing end-to-end tests based on PR descriptions. - **Edge case hunting**: Asking the LLM to find 3 ways a specific UX flow could fail.
### The Human in the Loop The goal isn't to automate the engineering; it's to automate the drudgery. This allows me, as a product engineer, to focus on the high-level design decisions and the subtle polish that actually moves the needle on metrics.
